All about me

Hi my name is Nezinli and I would like to tell you all about me.

My favorite color is turquoise. I have a mum and she is alive but my dad has passed away and that is so sad to me. I wish he was still alive because I loved him so much. I have four brothers and two sisters and I really like them because it is so cool to have them as my family.

My favourite school is Pt England by the days because I like all the teachers and they really help me learn. They treat me like I am their child and I like it so much. I have a lot of class mates in every class I’ve been in and all my mates are all talented. I really like this class this year because I know a lot of people who know me. Some of them are old class mates from other classes like room twelve and last years class too, like room sixteen.

This year I am looking forward to improving my reading. I am also looking forward to camp and playing softball.

Goals

My goal for this year is to try reading at a higher reading age because at the moment I am reading at ten and that is low. I would really like to read at eleven or twelve and I know that I could try to do the best I can.

Reading and writing is the only thing I have to try and get better at and a little bit of maths. I am not too bad at doing my maths because I really love my maths at school. The reason why I need to get better at writing is because I am not good because I don’t really like writing. It is boring. Maths is really fun and tricky, but mostly curious and hard. I like to learn at school. I try and learn everything that I need to learn and to move up a higher level then my age.

Holiday highlights

"Yes I am so excited to sleep over at my step mums". I am so totally looking forward to see whats up there and see my family.

Hello was the first word I said. It was so much fun when we had water wars because my family could hardly catch me because they were slow. I loved seeing my little brother and sister because I haven’t seen them in a long time and they are talented now. My little brother is only 3 or 4 and he already knows how to swim. My little sister is a ballerina.

The next day we went to the YMCA pools and it was the best swim I had ever had. I liked playing tag because it was fun and I was learning to swim at the same time.

Finally when we were finished swimming I had the best time because we had K.F.C at the beach and it was really delicious. We brought some D.V.D's for night time. I did not watch any because I was too tired.

Tamaki Tech

It was a bit hot walking to Tamaki College in a bunch because I was mainly running. Thats why I was exhausted,tired,and thirsty. This is how I felt running there. This was my best day at tech so far because we were making chelsea buns. It had quite a few ingredients, but I knew it had to be really fascinating and messy at the same time. We used dried fruit like raisins, peaches and cherries. I liked the part when we ate it because it was really fun. Miracle got jealous because I ate some in front of his face and I was acting like it was delicious. And it really was delicious. There was so much noise with all our groups and I reckon that all the girls did better then all the boys. Me, Miracle, Ray and Nikora had the messiest benches out of all the groups, but it was a whole lot of fun!
