The New And Improved

I never knew that there was an amusing test that ever existed.

Jesiah and I were talking about the beep test. It took place just in front of the staff room and while we were talking about it the main question I asked him repeatedly is that “Is this test going to be boring?”

From my point of view I thought that all tests were boring, all quiet and lots of thinking, but mainly just using pencil and paper and sitting in one spot... This time I was wrong.  This test was the best, most interesting and energetic test that was ever set.

Waiting for a demonstration from Kamire to show people like me (who hadn’t been before) how to do it.  As quickly as he could he showed us the act for this course.  Meanwhile, we were all waiting for Miss Vaafusuaga to set up her equipment for the beep test. Room 18 were preparing to begin with stretching, focusing and convincing ourselves we can do it.

For the beep test we had to run up and down the courts, All while we had to beat the beep.

It was my very first time doing the beep test, but it has inspired me to do it again. The first lap I was doing better than I thought, but after a while I was getting tired, each lap got harder and harder and more tiering.  If I had to rate myself out of 10 I’d say about a 6 out of 10, but next time I will be more prepared to this test again.

To do that I will cut down on the chocolate, but I will not quit.
